.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A trough will persist along the
California coast tonight through Sat night while high pressure
remains anchored well W of the region. A weak cold front will
dissipate across the central waters tonight into Wed. Another
cold front will move towards the area Fri night, move into N and
central waters Fri night into Sat, then dissipate across the
southern waters Sat night. High pressure will build in from the
NW across all of the waters Sat night through Sun night.
