.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A trough will persist along the
California coast through tonight and weaken Tue into Wed. A cold
front will move S into the northern waters late Tue night, then
continue moving slowly S through the northern and central waters
Wed through Thu while gradually dissipating. Low pressure N of
the waters will drift S to near or just into the far northern
waters Fri, then move inland and dissipate Fri night. Then a
coastal trough will rebuild along the California coast Sat and
Sat night.
