.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will remain W of
the central and southern waters tonight while a cold front
approaches from the NW tonight. The high pressure over the
central and S waters will become weaker Fri as the cold front
moves SE over the N and central waters Fri night into Sat before
dissipating late Sat night. High pressure will build in across
the N and central waters behind the front, then persist along and
W and NW of the area through Tue night while a trough develops
along the N and central coast Mon night into Tue night.
