California coast will remain in place through Fri night. High
pressure will slowly strengthen NW of the area today into
tonight, persist through Thu, then slide SW Thu night into Fri
night. Low pressure will develop across the inner central waters
Wed, then slowly drift S and SW across the area Wed night before
dissipating SW of the region Thu into Thu night.
