.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure across the region
today will slowly weaken as an area of broad low pressure
approaches the northern and central waters from the W tonight. As
the low pressure weakens W of the waters Sat and Sat night, high
pressure from the N will expand S across the waters. The high
pressure ridge will then slowly strengthen across the area Sun
through Mon night, then persist through Tue night. A low pressure
trough along the California coast will remain in place today
through Tue night.
