.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A low pressure trough will
shift N along the northern and central coast today through Sat
night. High pressure just to the W of the central waters will
persist through this evening, then drift N to the W of the N and
central waters later tonight through Fri night. The high will
slowly weaken Sat and Sat night as a cold front moves into the N
portions, then rebuild E across the area Sun and Sun night as the
cold front dissipates.
