offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front will move
offshore tonight, then clear E of the waters Sun. A stronger cold
front will move to the coast late Sun, then move across the area
Sun night into Mon. High pressure will build E across the waters
late Mon into Tue. The high will shift E Tue night as another low
pressure develops and moves into New England. The associated warm
front will lift NE Wed and the cold front to follow pushing E
late Wed and Wed night, then E across the waters Thu and Thu
night.
