Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than twice the significant wave height. There will be a lingering surface trough along and near the coast tonight into Sat night. Weak high pressure will move into the region Sun into Sun night. Low pressure will move off the mid-Atlantic coast S of the area Mon and Mon night, then pass SE of the area Tue as high pressure builds across the region.
