.DISCUSSION...

Cloudy conditions are in place in Seward County this afternoon,
with north-northwesterly winds of 10-15 mph ongoing. Generally
poor mixing heights are in place, with the top of the mixing layer
at the service being around 2000 ft AGL that quickly tanks
overnight to around 1200 ft AGL. Winds overnight are expected to
stagnate, with speeds of less than 5 mph forecast that will slowly
shift from northerly to easterly, then southerly before picking
back up again late tomorrow morning at 5-10 mph. Air dispersal
will improve as well late tomorrow morning, but generally any
mixing that does occur will only do so from the surface to up to
2200 ft AGL.
