A frontal system moves across the region late today into early
Thursday morning bringing wetting rains regionwide, with 1/2 to
around 1 inch of rainfall. High pressure builds in later Thursday.
The lowest relative humidity today will range from 40 to 55
percent with southwest winds 10 to 15 mph, gusting 20 to 25 mph
near the coast. Thursday winds will be northwest 10 to 15 mph in
the morning, becoming west late morning into the afternoon. The
lowest relative humidity will range between 35 and 45 percent.
