Central WA:
- Gusty winds Tuesday with areas of rain along the Cascade Crest.
- Elevated humidity levels.
- Dry, lower humidity, and lighter winds Wednesday.
Eastern WA:
- Increasing winds Tuesday with locally gusty conditions across
the Basin and ridgetops.
- Light rain across the northern mountains Tuesday.
- Dry, lower humidity, and lighter winds Wednesday.
North ID:
- Increasing winds Tuesday with locally gusty conditions across
ridgetops.
- Light rain Tuesday into early Wednesday morning.
- North zone drying out Wednesday, south zone continuing to
experience elevated humidity levels.
Zonal to northwest flow remains in place over the next few days
bringing on and off mid to high clouds and precipitation to some
mountain districts Tuesday and again Friday. Winds will be gusty
across the ridgetops, Basin and Cascade Gaps today and decreasing
on Wednesday. Otherwise, a general warming trend is expected late
in the week into next weekend with high pressure building into
the region.
