Central WA:
- Decreasing north-northeast winds down the Okanogan Valley, over
  the Waterville Plateau, and across the Columbia Basin
  Wednesday night.
- Poor to fair RH recovery overnight.
- Mild and dry with light winds Thursday.

Eastern WA:
- Mild and dry with light winds Thursday.
- 30-60 percent chance of showers with a 10-15 percent chance of
  thunderstorms across southeastern WA Thursday evening into
  Friday. Outflow gusts up to 40 mph.
- Good to excellent RH recovery overnight.

North ID:
- Mild and dry with light winds Thursday.
- 30-60 percent chance of showers with a 10-15 percent chance of
  thunderstorms across the central Panhandle mountains Thursday
  evening into Friday. Outflow gusts up to 40 mph.
- Good to excellent RH recovery overnight.

There is a 30-60 percent chance for showers and 10-15 percent
chance for thunderstorms over Southeast WA and the central
Panhandle mountains Thursday afternoon into Friday. Otherwise
expect mostly dry and mild conditions with light winds. Passing
system will bring gusty south winds into the 20-30 mph across the
Basin between 1700-2200.
