A cold front will continue to track through the region this
morning. Isolated showers and/or drizzle is expected to continue
through dawn. The potential for fire weather is considered low
today with MinRH values above 40 due to lingering precip and
clouds. Wind gusts from the north will be elevated northeast of
Pittsburgh and along the ridges this afternoon (20-25mph).
Building high pressure over the holiday weekend will provide dry
and quiet weather. MinRH values could decrease into the mid to
low-30s during peak heating. However, wind gusts will likely stay
below 20mph. The next chance for rain is Wednesday into Thursday.
