- Ridge building into the area, allowing warmer temperatures to
  build with dry conditions over the area.

- Temperatures will gradually warm 5 to 15 degrees above average
  by the weekend (70-80% chance).

.DISCUSSION...
Satellite shows mid to upper level clouds across the central
part of the CWA. Not much else to talk on that since we`re not
anticipating any precipitation with zonal flow aloft promoting
dry conditions. Going through Friday, a shortwave will propagate
through the PacNW bringing some precip chances (up to 10%) in
the northern parts of Kittitas County. Otherwise, the weather
looks to be calm and dry with a ridge pushing onshore by
Friday/Saturday with the ridge axis pushing over the area.
Temperatures will gradually warm through the weekend with high
temperatures reaching 5 to 15 degrees above average.

Despite above average temperatures, widespread minor HeatRisk
`1` will develop through the weekend (70-90% chance) with 30-40%
chances of moderate `2` HeatRisk developing in Central Oregon on
Sunday at this time. Guidance is in good agreement that the dry
pattern will prevail through at least mid next-week (50-70%
chance) with the possibility of some elevated fire weather
conditions developing.

.AVIATION /00Z TAFS THROUGH 00Z FRIDAY/...
VFR conditions are forecast through the period. Some
stratocumulus is lingering over DLS/PDT/YKM/ALW/PSC this
afternoon, but is expected to clear overnight, leaving periods
of cirrus for Thursday. There is a low (20-30% chance) of fog
overnight into Thursday in the vicinity of RDM, with lower
confidence (<10%) elsewhere. Winds will be predominantly light
and diurnally driven, sustained at 12 kts or less.
