.DISCUSSION...Elevated fire weather conditions persist through
Central Oregon, the Columbia Basin, and parts of the Kittitas
Valley as dry air lingers in the region. Relative humidity levels
drop to 15 to 25 percent, with some improvement going into
Tuesday, especially in the Washington Cascades. Otherwise,
overnight recoveries will be fair to good in the lower elevation
plus Blue Mountain areas and excellent in the other mountain
regions.
