.DISCUSSION...An upper-level ridge of high pressure will facilitate
warm, dry conditions and diurnally driven winds Tuesday. Tuesday night
through Wednesday, an incoming upper-level low pressure system will
usher in a slight chance (15%) of nocturnal to early-morning showers and
thunderstorms over the burn site. Another round of convection during the
afternoon is forecast (15% chance), but thunderstorm chances will be highest
over the adjacent high terrain, especially the Cascade east slopes. Winds
will become westerly and stronger Wednesday afternoon and evening. Any
showers and thunderstorms that develop will be capable of producing erratic,
gusty outflow winds.

                    to late morning followed by a another round of showers
                    and thunderstorms in the afternoon. Afternoon showers
                    and thunderstorms are more likely over the adjacent high
                    terrain, especially the Cascade east slopes.
