.DISCUSSION...The atmosphere will be marginally unstable today with towering
cumulus and a possible cumulonimbus in the afternoon.  Although showers today
will mainly be west of the Rock Creek Reservoir, there is a chance that showers
will develop as far east as the burn site. Rainfall amounts, if any, will be less
than a tenth of an inch.  Breezy winds will continue through the day but diminish
tonight. Today will be cooler with higher humidity compared to yesterday.
