.DISCUSSION...An offshore system continues to drop along the
Washington coast into Friday, keeping rain and overnight/morning
snow chances over the fire area. Best chance for precipitation
will be between 0500 and 1100, where a light dusting of snow is
anticipated. An inversion develops around 2000 tonight, breaking
up around 0900 Friday. Patchy fog is also likely through overnight
and Friday morning hours.
