THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations between 4 and 8 inches.

* WHERE...East Slopes of the Oregon Cascades.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM PST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Periods of moderate and heavy snow will combine with low
  visibilities to create difficult driving conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There has been a break in snow overnight, but
  snow will increase in coverage and intensity during the late
  morning and afternoon.
