* Special Marine Warning for...
  Outer waters from Manasquan Inlet to Cape May NJ out 20 to 40 nm...

* Until 500 AM EDT.

* At 406 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 10 nm east of
  Deepwater Reef, moving northeast at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and large hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves. Large hail could result in
           structural damage.

* Locations impacted include...
  Deepwater Reef.
