.Short term...
TONIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT...A low to the near south of Upolu is
slowly moving west. A trough attached to the low will bring
numerous showers over the territory tonight. Winds will remain at
light flow. A high pressure to the far southeast will continue to
hold the trough over the islands through Friday night. Showers
will increase to widespread on Thursday morning and persist
through Friday night.

.Long term...
SATURDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...The aforementioned trough will
continue to hold widespread showers on Saturday. A ridge building
to the north will push the trough southwest on Saturday night. As
the ridge strengthens on Monday, winds will increase to gentle
flow through Wednesday. Stable weather will persist through the
beginning of the new week.

.Marine...
Rough seas of 7 to 9 feet will persist tonight and Thursday. With
high pressure to the southeast weakening, seas will subside 6 to 8
feet on Thursday night and persist through Saturday. Seas will
subside 5 to 7 feet on Sunday morning.
