* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, seas 9 to 14 ft at 12
  seconds and south winds 20 to 30 kt expected. For the
  Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and hazardous seas 13 to 18
  ft at 13 seconds and southwest winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up
  to 30 kt expected.

* WHERE...Outer Coastal Waters from Cape Shoalwater to Florence
  10 to 60 NM offshore.

* WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, from 9 PM this evening to 10 AM
  PST Thursday. Hazardous Seas Warning, from 10 AM Thursday to 2
  AM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or cause
  damage to vessels.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Hazardous Seas Warning means hazardous sea conditions are
imminent or occurring. Recreational boaters should remain in
port, or take shelter until waves subside.  Commercial vessels
should prepare for rough seas and consider remaining in port or
taking shelter in port until hazardous seas subside.

  expected. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and
  hazardous seas 15 to 17 ft at 12 seconds and southwest winds
  20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt expected.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, from 1 AM to 4 PM PST Thursday.
  Hazardous Seas Warning, from 4 PM Thursday to 2 AM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or cause
  damage to vessels.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ebb current of 4.29 kt at 815 PM Wednesday.
  Seas 6 ft. Ebb current of 2.58 kt at 932 AM Thursday. Seas 9 to
  10 ft. Ebb current of 3.88 kt at 915 PM Thursday. Seas11 to 14
  ft.
