* WHAT...Urban areas and small streams flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Maricopa County in south central Arizona...

* WHEN...Until 500 AM MST.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 232 AM MST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
    runoff due to heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is
    ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area.
  - This includes the following streams and drainages...
    Deadman Wash and Skunk Creek.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Mainly rural areas of Maricopa County.
