.DISCUSSION...
Increasing moisture levels will result in much better chances for
wetting rainfall and a significantly reduced wildfire threat.
Enhanced moisture availability will result in MinRHs only falling
to between 20-30% range following fair to good overnight
recovery of 40-70%. Winds will occasionally be gusty with and
easterly component favored in eastern districts and west winds in
western districts. Thunderstorms will be capable of creating
outflows during the late afternoon/evening with widespread strong,
gusty winds.
