.DISCUSSION...
No significant weather impacts expected through Thursday under
partly cloudy skies, above normal temperatures, dry conditions,
and light winds. Minimum afteroon humidity values will fall just
below 20% each day with overnight recoveries around 40-55%. Winds
will mostly be around 5-10 mph during the daytime hours, with
lighter winds during the overnight hours. Wind directions, with
the weak gradient, will heavily be driven by the terrain, with
downvalley/downslope winds during the overnight and morning hours,
turning upvalley/upslope in the afternoons. With a south slope
exposure, this will favor a southerly to southeasterly component
to the winds overnight and northerly to northwesterly during the
afternoons. An occasional wind gust up to around 15 mph cannot be
ruled out around midday with mixing, especially on Thursday.
