.DISCUSSION...Light winds at the hazard area will begin to flow out of the
southeast through the morning. Winds will build and shift to ese through
the afternoon peaking at gusts around 25-30mph. Afternoon showers are possible, yet
not probable through the afternoon, with minimal rainfall expected due to the low
precipitation chances. Showers and thunderstorms are not expected over the incident
for the next 2-4 hours, if at all. Winds from any storms in the area that do occur
however could be strong; up to 30-40mph or so. Winds will shift to westerlies and
weaken late this evening through the night. No nighttime rain is expected.
