  Southwestern Ritchie County in northwestern West Virginia...
  Wirt County in northwestern West Virginia...
  Southeastern Wood County in northwestern West Virginia...

* Until 730 AM EDT.

* At 437 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 1 inch or more of rain has
  fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
           drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Parkersburg, Elizabeth, Mineralwells, Sandyville, Reedy, Palestine,
  Greencastle, Cherry, Freeport, Morristown, Walker, Lucille, Peewee,
  Creston, Petroleum, Davisville, Leroy and Nutter Farm.

This includes the following highways...
Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 174 and 178.
Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 9 and 30.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
