* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations 3 to 5 inches.

* WHERE...Northwest Pocahontas, Northwest Randolph, Southeast
  Randolph, and Southeast Webster Counties.

* WHEN...From 1 PM Monday to 1 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Monday evening and Tuesday morning
  commutes. Westerly wind gusts of 45 to 60 mph may result in
  significant blowing and drifting snow.
