Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...Will get a brief break from Canadian wildfire smoke as southwestly flow pushes it northeast out of the area. A low pressure system tracking through the northern lakes region today will drop a cold front through the eastern lakes which will bring some showers and thunderstorms this morning and afternoon.
