This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

  Elevated lightning risk.
  Elevated excessive rainfall risk

DISCUSSION...

Scattered showers and thunderstorms will continue to push into
the area through tonight, bringing the potential for lightning and
localized heavy rainfall.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected to continue
into early Friday, continuing the potential for some locally
heavy rainfall before precipitation diminishes by the afternoon.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

  Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
