Temperature is falling closer to dew point, but RH is still low
for the hour. Winds on the surface vary from calm to light and
variable. Smoke dispersion will filter westward with transport
E/SE 5 to 10 mph up to an inversion near 5kft. We are expecting
RH to continue to rise as air temp continues to fall, but will
fall well short of saturation.
