.SYNOPSIS FOR PUERTO RICO AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS WATERS...
Moisture associated with a tropical wave will continue to produce
thunderstorms over the western waters of Puerto Rico through this
evening. Tropical Storm Jerry is expected to move northeast of the
region by Friday, increasing shower and thunderstorm activity once
again across the regional waters. Swells from Jerry could also
result in hazardous seas as Jerry tracks northeast of the region
through the weekend.
