.DISCUSSION...
The RH values across the southern, southwestern and parts of the
north coast of Puerto Rico will drop to as low as the mid 50s,
but KBDI values will remain much below critical thresholds,
except for Guanica has now reached 550 due to persistent sunny
skies and high temperatures. Fortunately 10 hour fuel moistures
are in the mid teens. Also, the winds will be below 15 mph. There
is a continued risk of thunderstorms, but nevertheless, the risk
of dangerous fire behavior will remain low through the week. We
expect winds to increase on Wednesday as warm to hot weather
continues.
