.DISCUSSION...Conditions will drastically change between today and
tomorrow as remnant tropical moisture pushes into southern Utah
overnight. While minimum RH is expected to be just above critical
this afternoon, overnight recoveries will be excellent as
scattered showers/isolated thunderstorms and low clouds move into
the area after roughly midnight-2AM. As far as winds go, expect
breezy southerly to southwesterly winds this afternoon, becoming
more variable overnight and into tomorrow. Chances for wetting
rains will increase greatly, reaching 50-70 percent tomorrow into
tomorrow night.
