...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT...

.DISCUSSION...Tropical moisture will remain in place through this
evening, maintaining an elevated chance for additional heavy
rainfall. Earlier heavy rainfall in the 1-2" range in the headwaters
of Gould Wash resulted in flooding. The most likely range for
additional rainfall is 0.25-0.50", however there remains roughly a
30 percent chance that rainfall approaches or exceeds 1" through this
evening, which would result in additional flooding of storms track
into sensitive areas. Drier air will begin moving into the area after
midnight resulting in a decrease in the threat for additional heavy
rainfall.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (80-90 percent cloud cover) with
                    occasional showers and thunderstorms.

                    becoming southwest 6-10 mph. Gusty outflow winds
