...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT THROUGH TUESDAY EVENING...

.DISCUSSION...Showers and thunderstorms have been around the general
area over the past hour or so, and although there is a slight chance
for showers and thunderstorms to develop in the vicinity of the
rescue area through late morning, the bulk of the shower and
thunderstorm activity will hold off until this afternoon and evening.
Rainfall totals with this mornings showers and thunderstorms will
generally remain less than 0.10", with up to 0.25" possible should
a stronger storm move over the area. This afternoon heavy rain will
be likely with any storms which pass over the site. Outflow winds
to 30 mph and lightning can be expected with any storms which pass
near the site through this evening.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (90-100 percent cloud cover). A
                    slight chance of thunderstorms through late
                    morning, then showers and occasional
                    thunderstorms through the afternoon.
Chance of pcpn......20 percent until 1100, then 100 percent.
