.DISCUSSION...
Mostly sunny and clear skies will continue to prevail at the burn
site the next few days. Expect today`s winds to match closely to
observations sent, as upper level high pressure will continue over
the region through Wednesday morning. By Wednesday night, early Thursday
morning an Atmospheric River will enter the area and bring widespread
rain, mountain snow, isolated thunderstorms, breezy winds, and cooler
temperatures.

Precipitation will begin as mostly rain Wednesday night/Thursday morning
then transition to mostly snow by early Thursday afternoon. Snow totals
have increased to around 12 to 20" inches at the burn site, along with
around 2-3" inches of rain through Friday. Gusty winds expected as well
on Thursday, as primary front pushes through the higher elevations. Wind
gusts up to 35 mph from the south-southwest. Around a 10% chance of a
thunderstorm exists on Thursday as well.
