.SYNOPSIS...

Moderate to fresh breezes this evening will necessitate that small
craft exercise caution. Winds will relax a little late tonight
and shift more easterly. A cold front passage on Monday will
increase the winds to advisory levels for our western waters by
Monday morning. Winds and seas will relax by midweek.
