.DISCUSSION...
Light 5 mph north and northeasterly winds forecast at the site
this afternoon. Dry and sunny conditions are forecast as well with
minimum relative humidities bottoming out around 25 to 30%.
Despite the lower winds and transport winds, good mixing should
keep dispersions around fair values and peaking around 35. For
tonight, light to calm winds are forecast. Drier air should yield
much lower fog potential for Saturday morning compared to the last
few mornings. Winds on Saturday will remain light but switch to
be more out of the east and southeast with transport winds
becoming south and southwesterly.
