.DISCUSSION...

Shower and thunderstorm coverage will increase between 1 PM and 3
PM ET with torrential downpours reducing ceiling and visibility,
the potential for wind gusts of 34 knots, and frequent lightning.
Waterspouts cannot be ruled out either. Shower and thunderstorm
coverage is expected to decrease between 5 PM and 7 PM ET, then
increases again between 4 AM and 8 AM ET. Thus, the most
favorable weather window is expected to be from between 7 PM
Friday and 4 AM ET Saturday.

Winds will be Southerly around 5-10 knots with gusts around 10-15
knots. Seas in terms of significant wave height will be around 2
feet. Wave detail: South 2 feet at 5 seconds. Higher winds and
seas in the vicinity of any thunderstorms.

Scattered MVFR ceilings below 2,000 feet are possible today and
tonight. Any heavy showers or thunderstorms may lead to LIFR
conditions, with the potential for ceilings below 200 feet and
visibility less than 1/2 mile.
