  areas, Coastal Charlotte, Coastal Lee, Inland Charlotte and Inland
  Lee.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
