This afternoon through most of Friday it will be cool with
scattered showers. Additionally this afternoon and Friday
afternoon there will be isolated thunderstorms. Any thunderstorm
will produce frequent lightning, heavy rain, and gusty, erratic
winds. There is a 20 - 50% chance for a quarter inch
of rain or greater on Friday across the districts. Saturday
