...FLOOD ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 1230 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Oklahoma, including the following
  counties, Mayes, Nowata, Rogers, Tulsa and Wagoner.

* WHEN...Until 1230 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1112 AM CDT, Heavy rain has ended across the area,
    although light rain persists. Minor flooding is ongoing. Up
    to 3 inches of rain have fallen.
