Temperatures will remain above normal for late September with
periods of gusty winds both Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons
locally raising grassland fire spread rates. Rain chances
increase Wednesday night through Friday with a higher chance of
meaningful rainfall across the region. Cooler and drier weather
will filter in through the weekend into early next week.
