THUNDERSTORMS WITH DANGEROUS LIGHTNING.
RISK...Limited.
AREA...Along and South of Interstate 40.
ONSET...Afternoon.

DISCUSSION...
Isolated thunderstorm development remains expected this afternoon
in portions the area located along and south of Interstate 40.
Expect coverage to decrease with the loss of daytime heating.
Severe weather is not expected.

Spotter Activation Not Expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.
SATURDAY AND SUNDAY...No Hazards.
MONDAY...Thunderstorm Potential.
TUESDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...No Hazards.

EXTENDED DISCUSSION...
Dry and mild conditions will prevail through the weekend. A few
thunderstorms may be possible across western Arkansas Monday,
otherwise next week should see dry weather. The weather pattern
may become more unsettled by mid to late next week and later
forecasts should be monitored for potential return of thunderstorm
chances.
