The National Weather Service in Tucson has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southwestern Cochise County in southeastern Arizona...

* Until 1015 PM MST.

* At 718 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain
  have fallen across much of west central Cochise County. Flash
  flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  St. David, Tombstone, Dragoon, Pearce-Sunsites, Elfrida, McNeal,
  Fairbank, Charleston and Texas Canyon.

This includes the following highways...
Route 80 between mile markers 297 and 328.
Route 191 between mile markers 16 and 61.
Interstate 10 between mile markers 313 and 322.
Route 82 between mile markers 56 and 67.

This includes the following Flash Flood Prone Locations...
Davis Rd between HWY 80 & HWY 191.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
