.DISCUSSION...

Mostly cloudy with a slight chance of a shower or thunderstorm in the morning.
Scattered ceilings at 5k ft and BKN-OVC above 15k ft in the morning. Then isolated
to scattered thunderstorms after 1400 with the potential for severe hail and wind,
along with a low but non-zero threat for a tornado. Best chances for thunderstorms
will be north of the event site with less confidence in coverage to the south.
Chances diminish through the early evening. Any thunderstorm may bring brief MVFR
conditions. Winds outside thunderstorms will increase from the south in the morning,
becoming gusty and southwesterly with gusts of 25-30 mph in the afternoon and early
evening.
