.DISCUSSION...Patchy areas of fog and low stratus are ongoing in
the Black Hills this morning and may impact the spot location. The
fog/stratus is expected to burn off between 10am-Noon MDT. Light
and terrain driven winds this morning will become out of the south
to southeast late in the morning, with gusts up to around 15 mph
in the afternoon. Min RH is only expected to drop to around 55-60
percent this afternoon, with excellent RH recovery (>90 percent)
is expected tonight and Sunday night. Cloudy conditions are
expected through the period, however wetting rain is not
forecasted until Sunday night.
