.DISCUSSION...Snow and blowing snow will end today with plenty of
clouds most of the day. High temperatures will reach the upper
teens to mid 20s. Northerly winds will blow at 15-25 mph with
gusts to 30-45 mph, mainly this morning. Minimum relative
humidities will dip to the 60s and 70s.

The grassland fire danger index will reach the low category this
afternoon. Favorable weather conditions or a high moisture
content of grasses, and other dry organic material on the ground,
indicate that the probability of a fast moving fire is low.
Outdoor burning under these conditions can usually be performed
with reasonable safety precautions, but should be monitored.

The outlook for Sunday afternoon, The grassland fire danger index
will reach the low category.
