Minimal overnight relief from the heat is expected as low temperatures remain very warm. * WHERE...Portions of northwest Arizona, southeast California, and south central and southern Nevada. * WHEN...From Wednesday morning through Saturday evening. * IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat events. Above normal daytime temperatures combined with minimal overnight relief from the heat will increase potential heat impacts. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Widespread Major to isolated Extreme Heat Risk is possible, which could affect much of the general population without proper hydration or adequate cooling.
