NORTHWEST ARCTIC COAST...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 6
  inches. Winds gusting 20 to 25 mph along the coast will
  gradually decrease through the weekend.

* WHERE...Noatak Valley and Northwest Arctic Coast including
  Kivalina.

* WHEN...Through Sunday afternoon. Heaviest snow expected through
  Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. Areas of blowing snow
  could reduce visibility.
