For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.0 inch low over eastern Quebec will deepen to 28.2
inches as it slowly advances towards Newfoundland Wednesday. Another
29.2 inch low will develop south of Nova Scotia Thursday, then move
north across the Canadian Maritimes Friday, remaining in place
through Saturday. Meanwhile, a 30.1 inch high will then build from
northwest Ontario province Friday to James Bay and the lower Great
Lakes by Saturday.

.WEDNESDAY...Southwest winds to 30 knots becoming west. Rain in
the morning, then rain showers in the afternoon. Waves 5 to
8 feet building to 6 to 10 feet. Waves occasionally around
13 feet.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...West winds to 30 knots. Showers. Waves 6 to
9 feet. Waves occasionally around 11 feet.
.THURSDAY...West winds 20 to 25 knots. Showers likely. Waves 5 to
8 feet. Waves occasionally around 10 feet.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...West winds 15 to 20 knots. A chance of showers.
Waves 4 to 7 feet subsiding to 2 to 4 feet. Waves occasionally
around 9 feet.
