Sunny and mild conditions prevail across central and eastern
Kansas today. Afternoon highs were in the 70s with light and
variable winds.

Surface high pressure will slide slowly eastward tonight,
meanwhile a weak upper level disturbance will move across Nebraska
with some showers and storms possible. Overnight lows will range
from the 50s and 60s across the region.

Warmer temperatures will return to the Heartland on Tuesday along
with increasing southerly winds, as surface high pressure slides
eastward. Daytime highs will be in the 80s across mid America.
